I went into a briefing just now. It was about leasing program for system technology and its processes and procedures. Since I was invited, I went in thought I can get an inside of what this whole leasing program is all about. I have dealt with leasing orders before. I somehow know what the processes are and what the requirements are.
But just now, after seeing all the other people in the briefing interacting with the speaker and asking him questions about the leasing. Suddenly I felt so stupid sitting there feeling clueless and totally unaware what the heck that fella was talking about. Yeah... it was about something I use to deal with, but it all seems so new and there were a lot of processes and procedures he was talking about. Sigh! I need to beef up my knowledge in the IT industry even more I guess. Working in the IT environment world and feeling clueless about it is not something good.
Rasa macam bodoh jer tadi. Semua pandai jer bertanya soalan… aku duduk situ totally blur. They were talking about global market values, trade financing, working capital… bla bla bla bla… This SUCKS!
How am I supposed to interact with the outside world if I have no idea what the world is moving into?
I really need to start moving forward cos honestly.. I am kinda feeling like i'm left behind here :(
